Vitality Tech Free Shipping: Free shipping applies to all Equipment / Machine and will ship from our offices in the USA, Canada or directly from the point of factory origin. Equipment typically ship between 15 business days from the time payment is processed (depending on availability). Custom orders may take longer to ship.

USA / CANADA

USA ORDERS: Free shipping applies to all States within the continental USA via FedEx, UPS ground, or other transportation companies. U.S. residents are responsible for any handling fees, State sales tax, and insurance fees. In the event a product must be sourced from outside the USA, customers will be responsible for any applicable Customs and Duty charges.

CANADA ORDERS: Free shipping includes all Canadian provinces via FedEx, UPS ground, or other transportation companies. Canadian residents are responsible for any handling fees, customs, duties, taxes, and insurance.

Extra charges apply if you require Express Shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside USA / Canada)

All the expenses for customs, duties, taxes and handling are to be paid by the customer. All Equipment / Machine are shipped once payment is received and cleared through Vitality tech bank account. As a courtesy, we will always notify our clients upon the date on which the Equipment / Machine are shipped and the expected arrival date. Once Equipment / Machine have been shipped, we will notify customers via email, including a package tracking number. We utilize UPS, FedEx, and other reputable transportation providers to ensure each package is tracked and fully insured. Customers are responsible for any handling, insurance, customs, duties, and taxes.

If you are not fully satisfied with your Equipment / Machine, we accept the exchange of all Equipment that is in the same condition as when delivered. Only an exchange is authorized, no refunds. Return shipping, handling, and any other (insurance, customs, duties, and taxes) associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery and Title: Vitality tech will make every reasonable effort to schedule deliveries promptly; however delivery dates are only estimates, and subject to delivery schedules from UPS, FedEx, etc., and are therefore not liable for any delays.
Delivery to a carrier will constitute delivery to customer and any risk of loss will pass to the customer. However, title shall remain with Vitality tech until full payment has been received for the Equipment / Machine. Invoiced product held at customer request will be done so at customer risk and cost. Special order deliveries depend upon the product complexity and availability.

Custom Equipment / Machine will be handled separately. Any delays in product delivery do not entitle customer to a refund or cancellation. Customer is responsible for handling, (optional) insurance, customs, duties, import taxes, tariffs, levies, or fees.

Damage from Shipment: Vitality tech encourages all customers to pay for the delivery insurance provided by UPS, FedEx, or other transportation carrier. Any shipment visibly damaged should be opened in the presence of delivery personnel to ensure product integrity. If the Equipment / Machine damaged due to shipping, report it immediately to the delivery carrier and Vitality tech. We encourage you to document the issue to expedite the processing of any claim. These issues must be documented in writing and sent to Vitality tech the same day of delivery.

Returns / Exchanges: As matters of policy, Vitality tech will only provide exchanges of Equipment / Machine, and no refunds (If the equipment is not working). The return shipping; (insurance, handling, customs, duties, and any tax fees) will be charged on the customer's account.

Customers can schedule an exchange for Equipment / Machine by requesting an Authorization Code via email at info@vitalitytech.com and by sending us a copy of your original invoice and receipt by mail. Requests made without receipts may result in delays. Be sure to include your contact information (email, phone, fax) so we can send the Authorization Code, packing instructions, and return address.

Payment Terms: Vitality tech accepts the following payment methods: credit card, bank certified checks, wire transfers and money order. All payments are based in U.S. dollars.
